Since the inception of Capstone Services, LLC in 1985, it has been our mission to offer residential and in-home services according to each person’s specific needs and priorities. Our focus is not only on care and safety, but also on independence, self-sufficiency, community inclusion, personal choice and empowerment. Capstone offers services for adults with developmental disabilities and other diagnoses in both apartment and home settings throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and Northeast Minnesota.
