Harbinger Partners in located in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. We also acquired a company called Bass & Associates, which is located in Omaha, NE. Bass services the Nebraska and Iowa region.

Harbinger Partners has a virtual office. The consultants work at their client sites, and the remaining employees work from their homes.
