How long have you been in business?
Since 1984.
What is your primary product or service?
DJ Entertainment, Jukebox rental, Karaoke,a live band option and other assorted options for weddings, and all other events needing music.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I played in bands back in my teen years, and have always had a love of music. I had a friend who had a booking agency in the 80s, and he directed me toward starting a DJ business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
After twenty seven years, we have a wealth of experience that so many others simply do not. We have an older staff versus the kids that so many hire. We are a business that carries liability insurance, has back up equipment and personal. Bottom line is we know what we are doing, we provide better customer service at a very reasonable price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based in New Brighton, and do not have any plans for expansion at this time. We do much of our business via the internet, so the brick and mortar store front is not so important.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We offer appointments every day except Sunday. We are happy to meet you at a central location anywhere in the NW suburbs.
What type of payments do you accept?
Personal checks, Visa and Master Card, American Express.
Which areas do you service?
All of the Twin Cities, and a surrounding area of about 80 miles in any direction. We can go out further and have many times, but mileage fees and hotel expensive have to be added.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

What are your hours of operation?
We are here six days a week. Appointments can be made any day except Sunday, and also any evening Monday through Thursday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have been blessed to have the support of so many over such a long period of time. When people say "Thank You So Much" and really mean it, you know you've done a very good job.
