How long have you been in business?
Chuck Ramsay has been an attorney for 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We practice exclusively criminal defense. Nearly all of which is DWI defense, driver's license revocations/cancellations and vehicle forfeiture.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to become an attorney for my entire life. I see it as my way of protecting the average citizen against bullies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most attorneys don't believe they can beat DWI charges, much less HOW to beat a DWI charge. We do it by mastering the science of DWI testing, challenging the DWI laws and knowing the facts of each case better than our opponents and their witnesses. We're so good at what we do we're asked to teach other lawyers DWI defense both in Minnesota and nationally as well.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our central office is in Roseville, but we zealously represent our clients across Minnesota.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our office is one mile north of Highway 36 (three miles south of I-694) on the east side of Snelling Avenue in Roseville. In many cases we can arrange to meet elsewhere as it may not be necessary for you to travel to our office.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash and check.
Which areas do you service?
We practice criminal defense only in Minnesota.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Charles Ramsay is the managing partner.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24 hours a day by telephone for emergencies. Otherwise our office is open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., weekdays.
