What is your primary product or service?
Services: Nursing, Home Health Aide, Homemaker, and Personal Care Attendents
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Actually a funny story. I was the DON, and the company was owned by a company out of Texas. They asked me to buy is at a very discounted price, and if I didn't purchase it immediately, they would have to withhold employee paychecks!? I needed my check desperately and expected my employees did too. As it turned outthe Texas owner had been "pocketing" employee taxes being taken out of their checks. Shortly after I purchased it the IRS paid me a visit.....yikes!! As well as the Department of Health!!! So I worked crazy long hours to get things turned around. We now have 195 employees, and we are proud of how far we have come!!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to remain "your small town" provider. We keep our rates lower than most agencies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have the one location in Farmington, but provide our services as far North as St. Cloud, and as far south as Northfield. We are open to any expansion that comes our way that would be a good fit.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From the Twin Cities. 94 to Highway 52 South. To County Road 66 west. When the road ends turn Left onto Highway 3. We are down the road on the left hand side of the road.
What type of payments do you accept?
Veterans, Medicare, Medical Assistance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UCare, Health Partners, Medica, Private Pay, and most any Health Care Plans.
Which areas do you service?
Mostly South Metro. But we also service the St. Cloud area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Rachelle Pariseau
What are your hours of operation?
8-4:30 Monday- Friday. We have "On-call" staff 24hrs/day
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That their staff is CARING and KIND.
