Our company started in April, 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
Assistive technology/Early Educational software, harware and adapted products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We saw the need for schools to order from one company, rather than pay shipping to each individual company for there software and special needs products.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take returns of any kind within 30 days, including software or electronic equipment. We will work with anyone to help with funding or payments. We also answer our own phones, there is no pushing "1" or entering information to get to a live person. The only voicemail we have is after hours or during the lunch hour.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location in Inver Grove Heights, MN. At this time, we have no plans to expand. We do, however, sell products nationally and internationally.

We are not a retail store. We are an over the phone, fax, internet, website store.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, and the following credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

All countries and continents that FedEx, UPS or the USPS can deliver to.
