How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for eight years.
What is your primary product or service?
Website development including web design, content management systems, e-commerce, search engine optimization and social media strategies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first go involved in web development in 1999 while working as a graphic artist for a print and marketing company in St. Paul, MN. They saw the need for a web developer and asked me if I would like to learn how. Always ready for something new, I accepted. When that business closed for family reasons I went on my own and haven't looked back.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The jestus company is different because I come form a design background instead of programming background. Our focus is on the design and function of the site and related management systems instead of just on the technical aspect of the sites. I have redone many sites that were technically sound but just plain ugly or worked great for programmers but not the average user.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work out of my house and have several independent contractors I use as needed. The only expansion plans I have is to add to my list of contractors to have more options depending on the type of work I have to get done.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Since I work out of my home I prefer to meet clients at their office or local coffee shops.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, silver and gold.
Which areas do you service?
We service all business from manufacturing to independent film makers, from ski resorts to medical research.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and run the company.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm and generally available via email anytime of the day.
