How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Well, we do a lot of extra steps for our customers. We employ two quality control inspectors; every article of clothing is inspected 2 times before final packaging. We use state of the art tensioning equipment. Our solvent is clear and clean - that’s why cloth doesn’t have any smell. We are the only one dry cleaning company in MN who rewards their customers with cash back or airline miles for every dollar spend at out Farmington store and pick-up and delivery route. We are offering FREE pick-up and delivery to 14 cities. Our website is ranked in the top tier of the dry cleaning companies in MN.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 2 locations and planning to open one more store in Lakeville, MN
