Affordable Computer Repairs for residential and small business
Hello, I am Paul, owner of Affordable Computer Repair. I am a Certified Microsoft Professional and would like to work for you. I can be there quick and I will not gouge you like some of these other businesses do. My fees will range up to $20.00 an hour with most fixes being done in the first hour. If there is more technical issues, we can negotiate to try to keep the cost down for you.
Some of my services include, but are not limited to:
-Installation and Reinstallation of Operating Systems
-Complete hard drive wiping, not just deleting and reformatting
-Virus, Adware and Spyware Removal
-Update Windows Security Patches
-System "Tune-up" for computers running slower then usual
-Password resets
-Hardware connections and diagnosis
-Software issues and troubleshooting
-Network connections and security

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While at a big box store one day, I had noticed how much they were charging per hour for a simple computer repair and thought that it was rediculous to pay that price. Most of the time a computer is fixable, but these stores charge so much that it is just as cheap to buy a new one.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I want to keep my rates cheap and affordable for the average computer user and small business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now I am located in Forest Lake and service the Minneapolis/St. Paul and north metro area, going even further south of the cities on occasion.
