How long have you been in business?
Since July-2007, but started my career in 2001.
What is your primary product or service?
Repairing PC computers or Macs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
i never knew anything about computers and was kinda scared of running them, but with the introduction of XP operating system, things got very easy to maneuver. also i got tired of how much people had to pay just to get some simple problems fixed, meaning me being behind the scenes and knowing ho easy things were to fix if you knew what you were doing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we actually can repair broken components and most techs in this field and big stores are just to tell the customer to buy a new computer or new motherboard.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we have one storefront right now and will be expanding soon as it is growing fast for us.
Provide detailed directions to your location
2 blocks south and 94, and in between Fairview and Snelling. Also we are located 2 blocks east of the blue door pub
What type of payments do you accept?
all major credit cards, check or cash.
Which areas do you service?
50 mile radius of the storefront.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do and i have a business partner named Tom, who runs the shop mostly, because i'm the guy ho goes in-home for repairs

M-f 10am - 6pm Sat 10am - 1pm
