How long have you been in business?
I have been in business with Pulse Preservers for a year but in the field of EMS care for over 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED for Adults, children and infants.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1995 I joined the Military as a Combat Medic and began to really enjoy the training and worked involved with EMS. Once I became a firefighter in 2006, I knew I wanted to do more in EMS and later decided to start my own training business Pulse Preservers in 2010.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am doing this business because it is my passion and I enjoy it. I am not out to compete or play financial games with the costs for my services. I am here to teach CPR according to the American Heart Association standards, have fun, provide a purpose to myself and others and go to bed at night knowing that someone I trained may one day SAVE A LIFE
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I travel to wherever people need me and do it in their homes, business, day cares, churches etc... It is more personal and easier to learn in my opinion.
What type of payments do you accept?
You can pay online at my website thru Paypal, check or cash prior to the start of class.

The entire Metro Area

I am the owner and my wife Catherine is the business manager, scheduler, financial person and contact for most inquiries.
