How long have you been in business?
I've been an Exclusive Buyer's Agent since 1994 (with a different Buyer Broker) and with Buyers Real Estate Group, Inc since 2003.
In 1994, Buyers Real Estate Group, Inc. opened their doors for business after a HUGE Class Action Lawsuit was brought against a real estate company for misrepresenting consumers through undisclosed Dual Agency.
What is your primary product or service?
To provide Buyer Only real estate seervices to consumers. We represent, protect and negotiate for consumers seeking to purchase a home or real estate in the Twin Cities metropolitan area or in other parts of the U.S.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became involved in the real estate industry while working for some very successful real estate investors, after serving in the U.S. Army.
My background in finance/accounting, analyzing situations and developing strategies, along with my love of intereaction with people.
It was a perfect fit for me to be my dream job.
I love the process of negotiating for my clients, the opportunity of influencing of getting things for my clients that they would never have been able to get on their own or by using a tradtional real estate agent. I pride myself in finding ways to save my clients thousands and thousands of dollars.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our service is uniquely designed to fit and serve Smart Home Buyers.
Our clients are saavy consumers that understand that the person trying to sell them a home is NOT looking out for their interests.
They realize to get the best deal and to ensure that their interests are protected they need to hire someone that is independent from the company selling the home.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Although we only have one office, we serve the entire Twin Cites Metropolitan area.
We are also part of a network of Exclusive Buyer Agent throughout the U.S. So if you are planning on relocating to another city, call us first.
