How long have you been in business?
Duct Cleaning Twin Cities has been cleaning duct work for nearly 20 years. The owner's wife, Tasha, had very ad allergies and decided to get her duct work cleaned. It helped her so much, that she and her husband Scot decided to start a duct cleaning business together. Scot was in the heating and ventilation business and they decided it would compliment their heating and cooling installation and repair business.
What is your primary product or service?
Air duct cleaning. Although Duct Cleaning Twin Cities provides a host of other closely related heating and cooling cleaning services like, chimney cleaning, furnace cleaning, a/c cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, the bulk of their work is cleaning dirty air ducts. Duct cleaning consists of removing dust, dirt, construction debris and other contaminants which can harm your equipment and will provide cleaner air for the occupants.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Tasha, who co-owns the company with her husband Scot, suffered from sever allergies. When she discovered how effective it was for her personally, they decided to add duct cleaning as an additional service to their heating and cooling company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
