The center opened its doors in 1974. Since then, several expansions have taken place.
What is your primary product or service?
The Apple Valley Medical Center consists of family medicine physicians in the Apple Valley Medical Clinic, a 24-hour Urgent Care, specialty physicians in the United Specialty Center, Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy, Clinical Skin Therapeutics, Sleep Center and a pharmacy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a one-stop location providing a wide range of medical services for the entire family.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently are located at 14655 Galaxie Avenue in Apple Valley.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From the north or south, take Cedar Avenue to 147th Street. Go east to Galaxie Avenue. We are half a block north of that intersection. From the east or west, take 150th Street (County Road 42) to Galaxie Avenue. We are three blocks north of that intersection.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most types of insurance.
Which areas do you service?
Our patients come from Apple Valley and all of the surrounding suburbs, including Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Farmington and Rosemount.

The family medicine physicians own the family medicine practice. Allina Health owns the specialty center and Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy.

The Urgent Care is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
